The doctors of Texas Neurosurgery strive to understand the individual needs and challenges of each patient. The practice is centered around patients, and Texas Neurosurgery works with the primary doctor and the patient to explore all options and develop a plan. For spine patients, this may mean a straightforward outpatient microdiskectomy or a spinal fusion with instrumentation, or conservative care involving physical therapy and no operation at all. Patients with brain tumors or other lesions can expect the doctors to spend time explaining their condition to them and their families, as well as discussing all treatment options in terms they can understand. Whatever the assessment and treatment, the doctors of Texas Neurosurgery work to help patients understand their condition and recommended treatment for the best outcome.
